Interim Imaging Manager - Central Coast, California

We are seeking a dynamic Imaging Manager for a hospital in the San Luis Obispo area. This is an ideal opportunity for a strong radiology leader who thrives on growing teams and helping drive day-to-day operational excellence while managing multiple projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience as an Interim Imaging Manager preferred
• Strong clinical foundation with the ability to lead through influence and maintain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with staff and support frontline operations.
• Knowledgeable in patient safety protocols, EMR systems, and nursing workflows in acute care settings.
• Availability to begin within 2-4 weeks from date of offer and to be on-site in for the duration of the engagement.
