Interim Oncology Manager - San Francisco Bay Area

We are seeking a visible and team-oriented Interim Oncology Manager for a busy hospital in the San Francisco Bay area. This position will be overseeing the Leukemia Lymphoma Center of Excellence and requires a leader comfortable with CAR-T.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct leadership and supervision of daily operations for the Cancer Center.
• Act as a resource to the staff, promoting clinical best practices, teamwork, and consistent patient-centered care.
• Identify and help implement performance improvement opportunities related to quality, safety, and patient experience.
• Participate in coaching and mentoring efforts, while supporting ongoing staff engagement and development.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• CAR-T experience is required
• CA RN and union experience required 
• Availability to begin within 2-4 weeks from date of offer and to be on-site in California for the duration of the engagement.
