Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all women's services.
• Support and mentor the Managers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
• Champion quality improvement, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance across all perioperative areas.
• Lead department planning, budgeting, staffing, and development to support organizational goals and community needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Registered Nurse with an active California license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Masters degree required

• Minimum of 3-5 years of women's services leadership.
• Strong knowledge of AWHONN standards, surgical workflow, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven success in leading multidisciplinary teams, building strong provider relationships, and driving measurable outcomes.
