Respiratory Therapy Manager - San Francisco Bay, California

We are seeking an engaged and visible RT Manager for a hospital in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role is responsible for managing clinical teams, ensuring high-quality and compliant patient care, and driving operational excellence. The manager develops and implements clinical standards, supports staff development, and partners with cross-functional leaders to improve patient outcomes, efficiency, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage staffing, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient operations
• Streamline workflows, inventory management, and equipment processes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Promote a culture of safety, risk prevention, and incident reporting
• Foster collaboration, engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Registered RT certificate and CA RCP license required
• Bachelor's degree in RT, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
• Minimum of 7 years RT exp (NICU exp preferred too) and 3 years of leadership exp
