ICU Manager - San Francisco Bay, California

We are seeking an engaged and visible ICU Manager for a hospital in the San Francisco Bay Area. This permanent leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee a busy Critical Care unit with support from Assistant Nurse Managers. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the critical care unit.
• Support and mentor the Assistant Nurse Managers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
• Champion quality improvement, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance across all perioperative areas.
• Lead department planning, budgeting, staffing, and development to support organizational goals and community needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Registered Nurse with an active California license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Masters degree preferred

• Minimum of 3-5 years of staff ICU experience and 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of unions and regulatory requirements.
• Proven success in leading multidisciplinary teams, building strong provider relationships, and driving measurable outcomes.
