Senior Director Laboratory Operations Management - Atlanta, GA

We are seeking an experienced Lab Director for a health system in Atlanta. This permanent leadership role will be overseeing a large enterprise with multiple directors and managers reporting up and needs to perform at an executive level. This leader must be competent in CAP/CLIA accreditations, have a strong understanding of working with public health agencies and unions, and work with the national team to implement national initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• MLS or CLS license
• Master's degree in Medical Lab Science or equivalent
• 15 years in clinical experience
• 8+ years in leadership roles
